Unfortunately, little rumpskin's heart stopped beating 4 weeks ago. Scan today showed LO was still there so I have opted for a d&c tomorrow.

I had a gut feeling something was wrong a few weeks ago. My pregnancy symptoms had disappeared and I felt hungry again - call it a second sense.

I have decided to give trying for a baby a break. 2008 started off crappy with a m/c in the New Year. OH has been an absolute legend saying we can have another one. I need time out from all of this.

I am so sorry. That is exactly what happened to me last December. All my pregnancy symptoms stopped. I didn't feel nauseated, I didn't pee anymore. I am so so sorry. I know that is little comfort right now, but just know that we are all here for you whenever you need to talk/cry/vent.

Im so sorry I hope the d&c goes ok for you. Not sure if you know or not they arnt painful I had 1 in April and as far as it can do it went well.
