not pregnant after all

I've been MIA for a while pop in here and there ..its because we ended up losing another baby at 5 weeks the end of july . It was hard see positive test..but Now I'm back thinking I might be pregnant again . I'm almost 4 days late been cramping like crazy on/off. Fever at night last 2 nights sick to my stomach alot no apatite some extra white CM keep thinking period started but nope not yet my boobs sore/heavy nips burn. Only reason I haven't tested yet is because I'm waiting on tests in the mail should be here tomorrow afternoon. I'm really nervous about testing . Maybe im just getting sick or its pms idk but we shall see.

Thanks ladies got a negative test this afternoon =( thinking period just late or ovulated later than I thought. Started spotting tonight so it's probably af but will take 1 more test tomorrow if it doesn't pick up flow =(
