Not sure about the next step to take

Hi ladies.

I just had a natural miscarriage on December 17th, and 28 days later I got a BFP, no AF in between.

I'm not sure where to go from here... Should I be going to see my doctor, or should I set up an appointment with the midwife I'd like to go to and let her take care of it?

I'm just really confused if there's any need to go to my actual doctor or just proceed as normal?

I don't see why you'd need to see your general practitioner, if that's what you mean. Give your midwife's office a call and see what they say. They might want you in for an early scan in a couple weeks to see just how far along you are since there's no LMP to go by.

I don't see any reason to do anything differently than you would with a regular pregnancy I am assuming your miscarriage was fairly early on, and you didn't have medical intervention, if you did have medical treatment you might want to check in with the doctor but otherwise no.
Congrats!! I got pregnant after an early m/c without a period in between with this pregnancy and so far everything is going ok...
