Not sure how I feel about today

I'm in such a weird mood today. It's my husbands birthday today but also it was on this day last year that we went in for an emergency ultrasound and found out our baby was gone. I don't want to reflect on that every birthday of his but it's gonna be hard I think. Just a mix of emotions today, needed to get it out. THanks.

Awww bless it must be hard. I lost my second one the week before christmas, each year is tinged with sadness remembering that occassion.

We all deal with things in our way, of course 2day will bring back those memories its an awful thing to go through. U deal with it any way u need too and why shouldnt you feel like you need to remember what was lost that day its only natural. Big hugs xxx

aww hun, . I had trouble returning to my sisters flat for weeks as it was in her bathroom i m/c, we all find little things or big things that remind us of what happened. maybe setting aside a little time today to remember your angel and then celebrating hubby's birthday with out feeling too strange about it would help?

Thank you. It turned out okay. I had a moment or two of quiet personal time reflecting and then gave him a good birthday. Was not nearly as bad as I expected.
