Why is it I get signs all day when I'm out, get home and nothing? Had proper contractions for half an hour when we were over in the next town and now... Nothing

I hate that!! Maybe it's you moving around? With my first I only contracted at night for 3 nights prior to my waters breaking! But it's good to know it did something I was 3 cm already

At 33 weeks I had a false labor scare and was 1/2 cm dilated. Then she decided she wanted to move lol. I wasn't really moving around today though -sigh-

Is it sad that I really could wait?? I'm so not ready!! So much I want to do (cleaning wise) but just don't have the energy. Then it just gets worse from every day stuff and a toddler!!

How is your toddler? Remember there wasn't much age difference between ours, mines keeping me so busy! I'm exhausted!

She is ok lol getting 4 new teeth at the moment, which turns her in to a terrible sleeper for over a month! I hate teething and pray the next one will be one of those babies you never knew was teething!! Lol (one can hope!) she just learned to walk without hanging on to anything so now runs everywhere lol. What about your LO?

Aww bless her, he's a bit poorly at the moment so is a right handful, but he's been walking for a while now so I've got used to that, he's getting onto climbing up and on things at the moment, and to get him off some ladders as he was half way up into the loft this morning (obviously the ladders shouldn't have been there in the first place ) he's not saying any words
Or anything yet though, so it's going to be difficult explaining to him when the baby arrives

yayyyy im so excited i count down the hours in the day just so i can go sleep and wake up to a new day lol!!!! although still got a few bits and pieces to get pjs some more nappies wipes and some hats but thats about it!!!

Only thing really left for me to do is chase the maternity grant peeps. Trying to get benefits etc sorted is just a nightmare!

My OH has packed himself a little "daddy bag" for hospital Bless him, he is so excited and nervous!

hi there. can i join too. my name is Colleen and im due on the 13th with a yellow baby. im on complete bed/sofa rest now due to spd and sciatica which is a nightmare as i am obsessed with cleaning even more than normal right now. Cant even pick up my little boy whos 16 months so really quite keen for this baby to arrive anytime now!

Hey Colleen it's a shame about your SPD and sciatica. I have both though not that extreme, my scoliosis is what keeps me resting mostly. Oh and you are added

I have had really painful pelvic girdle pain, so know how you feel.
Hope your baby makes an appearance soon.
Do you have a pregnancy gym ball? I have one of these and sit on it every evening. It seems such an insignificant bit of kit, but for months I was in agony, waking up in pain, and now I am ok. Might be worth you trying one

Oh no Leopard, thats a shame...I see you're in Oz, the rules are different here, we are very lucky to be able to chose and it all to be covered under National Health Service. What do you have planned for your birth? X

Basic hospital birth sadly. hey, the way I have made myself see it is if something goes wrong atleast I'll have what I need on hand
Basically gas and air. The hospital where I will be going does not provide epidurals so even if I wanted one (which I don't) I couldn't. The only thing I'm worried about is my slightly tilted pelvis due to severe scoliosis. I might have to give birth standing, birthing stool but I really do want to give birth propped up on pillows. i don't know why, it's just what I want.
