I was just diagnosed with PCOS last week. Im being referred to a specialist and will be taking progesterone for 10 days to start my AF (currently on CD 101). For anyone out there with PCOS i was just wondering if there is anything else i should be taking? And what you take/do to be help with PCOS symptoms.

Right now Im just taking prenatal vitamins. I eat fairly well already but am trying to eat better. Im working on cutting out sweets and processed foods as much as I can. Im trying to eat more fruits and veggies and I normally dont eat alot of red meat. I only eat whole wheat for the most part. I dont drink soda drinks or anything with aspartame and if i drink juice its only 100% juice.
Ive read different things online like i should be taking the b vitamins, vitamin C and D. Ive also read stuff about chasteberry and green tea.
But then ive also read you shouldnt have green tea and that chasteberry shouldnt be taken if your pregnant so i worry what happens if I get pregnant then i wont know right away? I dont want to take to many vitamins or supliments either cause I know that can be bad. So any advice from the ladies with PCOS out there?
