Officially Facing a Pre-term Birth. update pg 2

:hugs: to u hun, hope ur bp remains stable enough for ur LO to stay put for as long as possible. As pp's say u r in the best place possible. All the best, keep us posted. Take care xxx

I was born at 29 weeks weighing 3lb 9oz (a pretty decent weight for that time). I was in hospital for a little while but basically, was totally healthy. That was 29 years ago so taking into account how medicine has progressed since then, I'm sure they will do everything they can to bring your little boy into the world safely.

Take care, and keep us updated as and when you can x

Keeping my fingers crossed they find medication to settle you x Take care x

Sorry you're going through this :hugs: but like others have said, it sounds like you're in the best possible place. Good luck!!

Aww don't think like that right now. You're where you need to be to keep both of you safe. You're body isn't failing you...there is still hope that baby will stay in as long as possible and will be perfectly fine. My thoughts are with you and baby. Keep your head up and I hope they can get your bp under control. Good luck and keep us updated. BIG HUGS

Oh Hun :hugs: I'm sorry ur having to go through all this worry but ur in the best place now and will get the attention u need to get u and baby through this xx

Hope you're ok and that the little guy can stay put for a while longer. Sorry that this is happening to you.

I'm so sorry your going through this hon, I hope everything goes alright :hugs:

Aw you poor thing...thank goodness they caught it when they did and can now give you the right care - must be really frightening and no fun at all being in hospital, but it sounds like there's a good chance they can get you through another few weeks, which is brilliant. Hang in there xxx

Good luck hunii
just want to wish you all the very best
and hope that lil fella of yours hangs in there until later on in pregnancy
so glad they've found this now..
be thinking of you
lots of Love xx

aww hun... :hugs: I don't have any experience with this, but I wanted to wish you the best of luck! I hope they get the pre-eclampsia under control...

My best friend had a UTI which brought on early labour at 24 weeks... and she had her baby a week later at 25 weeks. Her daughter is now a healthy 8 year old with just some relatively minor lingering issues. Technology is just getting better and better and I'm sure they'll be able to keep your LO safe no matter what!

:hugs: hope everything works out for you and your BP drops, all the best xxx

Just wanted to wish you good luck hun =)

My Nan had pre-eclampsia with both of her pregnancies, was in hospital for about 50% of her the pregnancies on complete bed rest, and gave birth full term to two beautiful healthy babies =) xxx

Thinking of you and your baby and hope all is ok. So glad they are looking after you x

Good luck:flower: I will be thinking about you. It's great you have had steroids and your LO's lungs are having a chance to use them. Every day he stays inside he is getting bigger and stronger. I'll keep my fingers crossed that he manages to stay inside a bit longer:hugs:

It'll all work itself out... This isn't your fault its just the hand you've been dealt i'm afraid!! Best wishes to you all xxxx
