So I read earlier this year that you ladies enjoy seeing tests like these

A friend of mine says that it is impossible to have a pregnancy test with a darker test line than a control line. I tried to get the best picture I could of it. You notice it much more in person like you do with so many lines on pregnancy tests.

Anyways I am only 4 weeks pregnant. I took a test tonight because I had some spotting and I freaked out... of course. I also wanted to show you the difference between a test I took two days ago and the one tonight.

Ah thank you kindly! My pee tries its very best. lol

Just after I had used the test and it was drying I shpwed hubby and he said, "wow the test line is the same as the control line." At the 3 min mark I showed him again and he said,"What?" lol

With my daughter I had the same thing happen. It was not a frer but a pharmacy brand that used red dye and the test line was purple but the control line was pink. I was 5 weeks pregnant by that time though.

I dont mean to degrade your friends intelligence but shes wrong about the control line thing. the more hcg you have in your system..the more the test line will soak up the dye. ive seen tests where the control line was almost gone. also, the bleeding might not be nothing but any kind of bleeding while pregnant should be reported to your doctor right away. much congrats on your pregnancy!!!

No worries. I told her that I actually still had my the test from my daughter's pregnancy were the control line was much lighter. Today is a holiday in my country so nothing is opened, but with the very small amount there was it is gone now. Plus with my fertility issues my doc will not see me until I am around 8 weeks because it is very probable that I will miscarry.

Wow, very nice! I remember reading on the his board that someone said they thought they had a faulty test because there was only one line and it was the test line. The control line was decidedly there but just very faint.
