Mine was also darker than the control line. I looked down, saw the first line showing up immediately, and took off down the stairs to show my husband. (He thought I fell down them and was freaking out lol). By the time I got down the stairs it was this dark. I've never had a test this dark before!

Similar to mine! I took a test on saturday cos i was worried about symptoms a few days last week. It was on a tesco hpt, the control line was dark but the test line was clearly darker still. I've never seen that before.
