I'm 39 and until recently was pregnant - nature intervened this time, so it wasn't to be, but am TTC again so hopefully will be back there soon.
I toyed with the idea of starting a buddies thread for older Mum2B's in the preg buddies section....there seemed to be a few of us at the time starting to cling a bit more to one another, and although I wasn't sure, I didn't think buddy threads were restricted to to 'due at a certain time'...people would have then joined by choice as opposed to being 'sectioned' there IFKWIM...I felt it applied as I was getting a lot of things like 'risk factor' applied to me differently because of my age, and some tests/scans become more of a realistic consideration for the more mature mum2B's!
Things took a different turn for me, but maybe if that wasn't causing any offense anywhere, it could be an option for some for during pregnancy at least?
