Olives and breastfeeding...

    Can you eat too many olives when breastfeeding? I seriously can't get enough of them right now :rofl:

    :rofl: Was worried they may have the same effect on little ones tummy like too many onions, too much garlic etc can have....!

    I've never heard of olives causing a problem for anyone (including babies) olives are full of essential, 'good' fats as well xx

    I'm an olive munching machine, too...and no tum problems so far!!

    I would think eating a ton would be a good thing!! i ate a ton while pregnant. You've made me want some now!

    I'm munching on some right now! I've been addicted to olives and sun dried tomatoes since becoming pregnant :munch:

    Olives are really nutrition.it's good for your health..
