yano what? we walked to the butcher to get it and poppy decided halfway home that she didnt want to walk so i carried the turkey and DH carried her... we ended up swapping cuz the turkey was about to rip my arm out the socket!

i worked out the timings and planned on having it in for 6 hours, but it was done after 5! i was slightly worried but the juices were clear, popup timer had popped and did the lip test, all fine! and nobody got sick was delishhhhhh
