on cd11 of 26 day cycle, opk showing stark white

First time using the tests, got answer brand from walmart. Thought I should start testing today as I am on cycle day 11. At 9 am got a light line, not faint but not as dark as test line. Maybe half as dark. Tested again at 2 and 5 both times stark white. Not sure what to make of this.
