Well CD8 and I've got a high today on my CBFM although my temp dipped not sure if that's normal

So grabbed DH before he headed to Portsmouth for the day as I suspected he would be too tired when he gets home to be any good to me

Well we're going to give it our best shot

It had better be my month as I am forcing myself to drink grapefruit juice to help with EWCM but it's a taste I'm having to get used to Wonder if I can follow it with to help with the twin plan and to get rid of the taste
