One Blocked Tube and Low Morphology...Help!

Hello all, I am new this forum. My DH and I have been TTC for a little over a year with no luck. I have had 3 rounds of clomid (ovulated on each) and an HSG test which showed my left fallopian tube is blocked. My DH recently had an SA which came back abnormal. His count was good at 90mil but the morphology was 1%. My dr suggested my DH go see a urologist but when I emailed the RE he said there was not much a urologist could do. So we are going to see a reproductive specialist and hopefully can be put on a treatment plan that's not too costly. Does anyone have a similar situation that they can share with me or any success stories? Or anything that they've tried and it worked? Any bit of good news would be great to hear. It is just so disheartening going through this when all of my friends are getting pregnant on their first month trying.

My dh only has 6% normal morphology and our consultant said they tend not to worry about that so much. We did hear that regular ejaculations can help with morph so bd every other day. Also putting dh on a fertility multivitamin can help. Fertilaid has great reviews.
