forceps are awful i didnt think they pulled that hard!
i was just pushing and pushing even though i wasnt having a contraction because the forceps felt so awful and i just wanted him out

Phew, I need a cuppa now! Just watching them makes me feel exhausted. I think I hold my breath more then I realise when I see them pushing.
Anyone else find one of the midwives very patronising towards the lady who was in a lot of distress?

That forceps was AWFUL! and here me thinking babies were tiny little vulnerable things who u need to be gentle with! Surprised they don't rip their heads off doing that

I actually thought that midwife was really good, coz as soon as she was being firm with her the woman sort of snapped it of it and did really well. I think she needed a firm word her face was so funny tho

Thats what i thought, when he came out i was gentle and everything, and then theres them doing that to him!
