It is such an exciting event and the anticipation can drive us mad!

Look forward to hearing about your scan :)

 Just thought I'd tune in :)
The waiting is horrible, been there, done that :)
Fingers crossed for your beans. Can't wait to hear about it :hugs:

Hang in there...
What makes you think they're twins?

I hate the waiting game on the scans! I was so impatient this last time!

Good luck for next week!!

Thanks so much!! It is driving me crazy!!! But I am taking it one day at a time and trying to distract myself as much as possible. :) I'll share right afterwards!! :hugs:

Hang in there...
What makes you think they're twins?

At my first scan at 4 weeks there were two sacs there. One had a defined ring around it (definitely baby), and the other didn't so the tech said that the other might be an empty sac, or it could be twins. They said they won't know until the next scan. Sooooo..... I wait. Grrrrr!

Wow twins...how exciting would that be!! Good luck with your scan.

Just try not to get your hopes up too much.. I know thats easier said than done, but..
I was terrified about the twins... then i got used to the idea, and really quite excited ( even chose the pushchair that I was definetely having ), only to go on and lose one :( I really hope this doesn't happen to you, but just be prepared, as it's really common for one to disappear, especially as the two sacs were seen so early on.
I have everything crossed for you xxx

Thanks :hugs:
When I first saw the two sacs, I was freaking out, and then like you kind of excited, but I've really been trying to just think about it as having one so I won't be disappointed. Of course, my hormones are everywhere so I really don't know how I feel.

It would be scary yes... but amazing too. I totally understand your mixed emotions... they were the worst weeks of my life waiting for blood results and scans...... I really sympathise :hugs:

It is a small comfort that all of my blood tests with the exception of my thyroid have come back normal. But my doctor did say at the last visit that she didn't see anything from my tests (HCG, etc.) to indicate that it is twins. I really appreciate your support, it is nice to be able to talk to someone who went through the same thing.... :hugs:

Thankyou :) Thats my littlest little man Ethan :)
