Online equivalent of photoshop?

Is there anywhere online you can make pretty pics? I used to use photoshop all the time but unfortuantely lost it when my hd got wiped and am not willing to pay the price it is to buy it.. can't find anywhere to *buy* it for free online.. iykwim.. any help appreciated xx

there is gimp its a free program but it takes time i think to get use to.
Only one i know free.
