ooops, caught out at work. How embarrassing!!

eeeeek, no one at work knows I'm TTC. I'm usually careful about when I access the site, but just now someone came up behind me without me realising and called out in front of other people, "Baby and Bump? is there something we should know?" Just what I need!! I just went red and said 'oh it's a link my pregnant friend sent me, it's definitely not for me.'

Maybe I'll start just accessing this site in the evenings!! I shouldn't really post this now but I'm so mortified I need to tell someone and there's no one here to tell.

I feel worried people at work now A) suspect I'm TTC and B) know I'm on the internet!!!!!

Or if in doubt blame it on your DH say he's super broody and your going to think about it xxxxx

Similar things have happened to me. How rude of her to announce it to everyone though!! I swear I think some people were raised in barns!! You can always say that you "accidentally" stumbled across the site while researching something for your job.

Work has caught me before too. I think it was very distasteful of her to announce it, snoop, and get into your own personal business. And IF she is reading (spying) right now...she is absolute slime....and shame on her!

Same kinda embarrassment happened to me a couple of years back! Was bored so decided to draw a cartoon man with willy in Paintbrush. and the bosses 7 year old son caught me! I couldn't stop lmao when my boss was telling me off oh dear. She saw the funny side later :S

I'm home now and my OH definitely knows I am TTC so I'm safe here!!

Sometimes I just think people dont think. I know it wasnt done nastily at all, it was just thoughtless.

Imagine if I'd just said, "yes I'm on there because I've been TTC for over a year and nothings happened. I've got severe endo and may have to go to a fertility clinic. But I'm on fertility drugs now so hopefully that will work. " I think there would have been a few open mouths!

It’s really annoying if people at work suspect that you’re TTC and ask all those embarrassing questions. I feel really silly.

On a more serious note: I’m going to start with injectables in January and I’m aware that I’ll need lots of check ups at the hospital, which no doubt will take up a lot of time. How have you ladies handled this at work? Have you told your employers, taken sick leave, taken annual leave? I don’t really want people at work knowing that I’m TTC but it’s going to be quite difficult to explain all the hospital appointments. I’m not sure what I’ll do yet…
