I am temping as well as using a digital OPK and IC OPK.

Yesterday, I had a temp dip and a negative digi and IC. I tested throughout the day with my IC and as late as 11 pm last night - still negative.

Temp rose significantly this am AND digital and IC were both positive.

I am over analyzing but because of the rise in temp…did I O already? I am going to DTD tonight and tomorrow (did last night and this am) but I'm hoping I didn't miss my O yesterday and it wasn't being picked up by my OPKs.

Would love your opinions!

Are you sick or did you have alcohol last night? Did you sleep well? So many things can affect your BBT.

The only way to confirm that it was ovulation or not is if your temp stays elevated. However, I think you usually ovulate a day or so AFTER a positive OPK, so if you had positive OPKs this morning, then you probably haven't O'd yet.

Thanks, no. The only thing that was different is I got 9 hours of sleep over the normal 5 hours I get. First time in 2 years.

I am 40 and any abnormality in my temps or my life…I blame on that.
