OPK Directions Say to Test with FMU? Need Advice

So I bought Target brand opks, the cheepie ones. and they say specifically to test with fmu. I know that normally you are supposed to test in the late morning or early afternoon. Should I follow the directions or test around 1 ish as normal?

What would / or have you done?

I'd test with fmu as that's what it says although as you say, it's usually better to test later on.

Maybe it's the brand type which is why it asks for fmu?
