OPK experts PLEASE help!

I have a 28 day cycle. This month I got an early positive opk on CD11. Normally I don't see a positive until CD12/13. My OPK went lighter at CD12 this month then VERY negative on CD13. Here we are at CD14 and it's going back up again! I'm so lost. I had an ultrasound done the day before my positive this month on CD10 and a follicle was seen on my left ovary indicating pending ovulation but I have no idea how soon you usually see this before an egg actually pops out! Any help is appreciated!

Maybe the first one on cd geared up but didn't release and you actully ovulated on cd 14. Or it is very posible to ovulate twice in one month henchmen in identical twins. Did u have any other signs ie ewcm or ovulation pains on any of them days? Xx

I had all the ewcm and pains around CD11. Nothing now.

CD15.. guessing CD14 was just left over LH... it was not positive at the 5 minute mark but was darker when it dried. On CD11 it was super positive within 1 minute after the test was done. I am guessing O was somewhere around CD13, which is the usual.
