OPK Question

So for the first time i decided to buy some and see how its works. I am normally very regular and have almost always felt ovulation pain, but this month I didnt so I wanted to see if i was ovulating. So the first time i did the test on Monday night it had a faint second line and then last night no second line, does that mean I missed when I ovulated? This is my second cycle since miscarriage and doesnt look like we have been able to catch this egg

Day 14 if i counted right.

If that's when you normally ovulate, by feeling it, then it sounds like you caught the tail end of your surge. Remember that you ovulate 12-36 hours after the positive opk (dark line), so it wouldn't hurt to bd just in case. I don't always feel O to be honest, and my opks vary in strength. Mine never went really dark this month, and disappeared really quickly, and I think I got a bfp today, fx, so they really do vary. Start cd10 next month to be sure xx

Thank you. Super early so not getting excited yet.

Have you bd at all recently? You could still be in with a chance. There is always the possibility that O is delayed too, as you didn't feel it. Sometimes you can surge but not pop an egg out. Maybe test again for a couple of days or if you get the O pain?

Haven't been able to bd last few days as mister has been working in the evenings and I have been so busy at work I tend to pass out early lol, last night i thought i would spark something and ended up falling asleep on the bed in my towel after a bath woke up 3 hours later frozen and him still head down working in the lounge haha. Hate it when work takes over our personal life.. Kinda come to terms with having missed it this month.. One more month of winter maybe i will get a spring bfp..

I know all about loosing DH to work! He is sat down now watching video clips on how to use some new work software! It's 9pm.
