OPK testing time.. Please read!

I have just read that OPKs are not like pregnancy tests and are not best done with your first wee of the day!

Best done in afternoon or evening as your body makes the LH hormone in the morning and it shows on afternoon wee.

If you test in the morning and get a positive it could be from the evening before so you miss the first day of your LH surge.
