OPK Urine

Hello everyone again. It’s been quite a few years after my failed IVF and I’m thinking of trying again. I’m now 33 and started trying when I was 24(I think?). Could someone please remind me on if I should use my first morning urine for the ovulation test or my afternoon urine?

For OPK afternoon urine is best because the LH builds up in the morning and so you'd have the best levels in the afternoon/evening.

I would say 2 tests each day at 10am and 5pm or at 11am and 6pm gives best results.. I have done it myself for 4 cycles before actively trying for baby #1, after reading about these 2 time frames which are 6 hours apart( a necessity for OPKs to show proper results)

Thanks! A quick google search was telling me both were fine and I knew one of them was a no go.
