Ovarian Cyst discovered when I was 12 weeks pregnant still there 20 weeks pp

So I had an ultrasound on saturday and the ovarian cyst they discovered when I was pregnant is still there and is still quite large . Even though I hadn't had enough water she could still see it so when straight for an internal scan. I've had pelvic pain for a couple of years so presume it must be the cyst on my left ovary. It was about 5cm in size when i was pregnant... has anyone had any experience. Apparently the ultrasound results will be sent back to my GP and then she decides where to go from there...

I'll be honest i'm a bit worried and not sure what to expect. What sort of size do they have to get to before they will remove them??

I have had similar but i suffer from pcos! When i had one of my m?Cs they found the cyst then, i had to go back i think a month or two to see if it would go on its own which it did! but i would think if it hasnt gone on its own you might have to have a small operation to remove it (through key hole) but im not 100% sure on that!!
