Overly protective

I have never been an overly protective Mum, always let my little ones do things provided they were safe of course however since having my mc I am so fiercly protective of my 2 daughters. My little one just pulled latex gloves out a box and I started panicking and taking them off her in case she got an allergic reaction to them. I just can't bear the thought of anything happening to them. Anyone else felt like this?

I don't have other children so I haven't had that experience, but I could see why you feel the need to have to protect what you have. But much like m/c's we can't control all the factors, we can just do the best we can and hope for the best...and that alone is hard sometimes, I know. But maybe you should try to keep that in mind with your children, love them and do the best without obsessing. They need their good and loving mom, thats it. Good luck to you.

LAS after my first m/c this is exactly how i felt,i woudnt let nyone else bath my little boy, put him to bed or anything and i panicked all day the first day i was at work and he wsnt with me- a friend of mine said she was the same also-it did pass though so hang on in there
