ovulating after chemical

I know this question is asked a lot around here, but I just wonder if anyone has had any luck with ovulation tests being accurate after a chemical pregnancy. Today I got my package of 100 ovulation tests and 100 HCG tests (OMG, I am going to turn into an addict I think!) and the ovulation test showed two very obvious lines (I am now CD15 if I count the heavy bleeding CD1). I also took a pregnancy test (the first one actually since the bleeding started) and it looks negative, although if I really squint I can make it positive, but I think it's just me being crazy.

I know it's possible to get pregnant again so early, but has anyone had luck with ovulation tests so early? BTW, I was only 5.5 weeks when I started bleeding.
