Hi ladies,
Since my period returned after breastfeeding my 4th son 5 years ago, my period has been the most regular its ever been, every 28 to 30 days.
Now that i have started properly tracking my cycle to TTC, I've noticed i am ovulation day 17 - 18. Is this too late to ovulate to get pregnant?
Also i have always had really painful ovulation, although its great to know when to DTD. Its super sore... anyone else have this?

yes, I get cramps and a bit of blood when I ovulate. My body is just really super sensitive to changes so I always know when i'm ovulating. Mine is often later or earlier than expected... I think the whole 14 day think is just a guideline for ovulation, it's not like everyone is going to ovulate on exactly the same day. As long as you ovulate you can get pregnant, it doesn't matter when it happens.

I have been pregnant on cd 14, 14, 19, 21 and 14.
Or maybe it was 16 and not 19 but either way, not all have been CD14.

Same - as Ive gotten older (late 30s) I can definitely feel the pain more and more prone to spotting when it happens. As a positive, good for gauging when to dtd
