Ovulation question ladies

Hi ladies I have had a baby 7 months ago and since then I have had regular cycles. Before then I wasn't getting regular cycles due to Pcos. My question is ladies since my cycles have regulated to every month does that mean I am ovulating or can you get a menstrual and not ovulate?

you can get a period without ovulating the only way to no is by using opk and bbt or even a doctors test.

I agree with hope. You can def get af without ovulating. Id suggest temping to keep track.
