Pacifiers/Dummies/Soothers

Yeah I just wondered if I'm not needing one because she's only two weeks old and that I'll see some need for one later on. If she cries I'll feed her or change her or cuddle her. Never thought to get the dummy out. But I see your babies are older so do they start to need one later on? I wont be introducing one unless I have to for some reason (not sure what that reason would be)

you may never need one! i havent ever used one, never introduced one either. didnt feel the need as i said in my other post. so if you think you can do without it, you should try to resist offering it to her, I see multiple people complain about their babies waking up every time the pacifer falls out their mouth. that would drive me insane! My lo has never been a bad sleeper as hes got older his sleep as always improved, i think part of this is because he doesnt have a dummy to wake up and cry about.
