Pain at 10 dpo

I was wondering if this is normal to experience at 10 DPO? I am sitting her and all of a sudden I get a quick pain in my vagina. I cannot tell if it is high or low, but it kinda hurts. What could this be? I have had slight cramps in my abdomen region too.
