Hi,
Today I've started to experience a horrible stabbing/drawing pain when LO is feeding (on the same side as feeding). Its worse when she first goes on and is sucking harder.

Is this normal?

Some women feel their letdown in some really strange places. Mine started out as a stabbing pain all the way down my back and over time tapered off into a pleasant 'burn' sensation along the same path. It was worse the fuller I was.
That said, it's worth it to keep an eye on those places and give a bit of massage to check for lumps. You'll never in your life grope yourself as much as in the first several months of breastfeeding. Self-checks are never a bad idea.

What type of birth did you have?

Just because another consideration if you had a c-section is referred pain or gas, both of which are commonly felt in the shoulder after a section. If it is that ask your GP for some stronger painkillers that are bf suitable and it will pass in a few days/week or so.

I feel it under my arms and in breasts had natural birth baby is 11 days old

I had a natural birth. It is such a strange sensation! I get it more in my left hand side....
