anyone else have this problem?

me me me me me .....it bloody hurts!!! :hissy: Yeah i really struggle getting up out of the chair, or if i have been sat down to long. It kinda feels like my legs dont belong to me as i cant get them to work. So your not on your own im suffering with you. Oh the joys of pregnancy!!!

I have SPD which has very similar symptoms to that. Its rubbish, mw referred me to a physio for it but its not helped a great deal tbh. Hope you feel better x x x

If the pain gets worse or your getting it constantly i would see doc, he might be able to offer you something

Me too!! Im in agony most days :( Im seeing MW on tuesday but by the sounds of it she wont be much help. I had it in my 2nd pregnancy and the MW then was a cow so i didnt bother her with it.

I don't have this but I know a girl in my pregnancy yoga class does, so I think it's fairly common. Hope you don't suffer with it too much x

Glad to hear this is fairly common!!! Makes me feel alot better!

ye also makes me feel better that is fairly common!

thanks everyone!

Yeh i live near bluewater/lakeside shopping centers and i struggle to walk around them now. By end of it it feels like ive done a marathon - legs hurt and all groin area does. Its horrible then sometimes it makes my sides hurt :(

Hiya, I am getting physio due to pain in my pelvis. It is AMAZING, seriously fabulous. If you are suffering from pain which feels like it is in your pelvis or hips then I would def ask to be referred to a physio who specialises in gynae and maternity like mine does. I hobbled into physio in the morning, after 40 mins of her manipulating my pelvis I walked out tho still in some pain and was pain free by the middle of the afternoon and able to wear my heels that night. This is after 10 days of not being able to sleep due to the pain. Well worth trying!!

I hope the pain goes away for you all soon.
