Painful, leaky bbs

I'm 24 weeks and my boobs have started leaking and are very tender and painful. Even taking a shower hurts! Anyone have this problem and have found some relief from it? What can I do to lessen the pain? Anything? Or am I just outta luck with this one? LOL

I suppose all I'd suggest is treat them gentle if they're aching and wear nursing pads to catch the fluid. Sorry I don't have a better suggestion.

Heating pad & pads to soak up the leakage. Mine are wicked sore too! Not leaking yet but they hurt ALOT. I hope you feel better soon, but most likely you're going to be in pain until after delivery! Same for me
