Painful ovulation?

I'm due to ovulate any day now and I've been having lots of AF like cramping along with this sharp pain in my ovary area. I don't remember having this before my other children were born. Is this normal or should I be concerned? I also have yet to get a positive opk.

Ovulation pain is common in these days when women ovulate. But sometimes it is a red flag that you have an underlying health issue that should be addressed. In fact, some of the underlying causes can result in fertility problems that can prevent you from getting pregnant. So it is better to consult with your doctor and investigate the actual reason behind it and start appropriate treatment. Do not ignore it and consult with your doctor at earliest. Take care……

Thank you for your response. I was worried it might be PCOS. I don't ovulate every cycle and noticed I have more pain around ovulation during anovulatory cycles.
