Parent control on kindle fire hd

I was wondering if any of you lovely lady's can help. I have a kindle hd fire that I want parent control of the Internet. I can set up parent control on the kindle itself but this blocks all use of the web. Help!!! I have no idea what I'm doing lol and my 9 yr old would love to use you tube ( child friendly)

Don't know about the internet as I only have the lock on mine to prevent app & book purchases. There is a YouTube app which you can add to the carousel so there is. I need to go online.
