Pasta dishes without tomatoes or cheese

I don't like tomatos. We usually have pasta in a cream, white wine, mushroom, garlic and tarragon or parley sauce :) Really yummy :) Usually make it when people come over for food :) Also chuck some chicken in with it if you like :) xx

Roast veg works really well and very seasonal. Butternut squash or pumpkin, courgette, aubergine, peppers, parsnips etc. with a white wine or white sauce (I make with soya milk for my sister who can't have dairy). Also if you toast some pine nuts they work well with it too. And butterbeans if you want more protein. Also works as a lasagne filling with (dairy free) white sauce. I roast lots of garlic cloves to go in it as we love it. Mmmmm!
