What does it mean?

"Payment holds on your eBay transactions. we are working with eBay to make buying and selling even safer. As part of payment holds for new eBay sellers , we'll hold the money from your eBay transactions for up to 21 days"

they will release the money when you get feedback or in 21 days which ever is first

be really careful with paypal emails as there are a lot of fake ones, my sister had money taken out of her account by clicking on a link. the real paypal will only address you as 'dear joe bloggs' never 'dear customer' 'dear valued friend'.

Ive just had a refund from someone and they have that on hold, cant understand why
