I bought something off a FB page and paid by goods, the one thing has arrived but the 'main' thing hasnt and its for my mum for christmas

If i was to open a dispute will I get my money back?

Message the seller, she may have sent it out seperately? xx

I paid via goods she sent 2 parcels separately on the same day as sending them together would cost more or something x

If she is sending them by royal mail it depends on how big the main item is but if a parcel is over a certain measurement it has to be sent by courier not 1st or 2nd class iykwim. They told OH that his fish tank lights would have to be sent by courier when he was returning a faulty one as it was in a really long tube. So she may be right xx

if you didn't receive for long, you can contact online service and it is possible to get a refund. or you wait for its coming.
