Afm, hcg was 17 Friday and 0 today so definitely a confirmed loss. I'm just so frustrated with it all. Dh is all ready to go but I just am struggling. I took 4 days I'd progesterone so who knows how that's gonna impact this cycle.

Krissie I'm sorry Hun, God has plan for all of us. No loss is easier than other but it would have been more painful if it happened later in the pregnancy.

Progesterone shouldn't effect ur cycle, in fact u might be more fertile after a cp.

Maybe take some days of with DH and enjoy each other, try forget about ttc and pcos. We are here if u need

Im waiting anxiously for the call for the appointment..supposed to be this week but im starting to think it might be next.. Had beta's done so far but thats hardly reassuring for me.

Thnaks ladies, i really hope its implantation dip. I read that at this point It would be called corpus luteum dip. At around 5-8 DPO estrogen surges to signal CL to prepare for either pregnancy or to shed your uterine lining. This sometimes causes a temp dip. They happen on both BFP and AF charts.

I've had a massive glob of stretchy cm with bright red blood today and it's still going now - CD25. No positive opk but temp is up (slow rise). Could it be a cyst bursting? Or impending ovulation? Quite crampy.

Chart below. Put my temps back to original so no adjusting done.

Betty.Rubble, its bit tricky... ur temp is rising so you may hav ovulated Cd23 and missed surge or it can be cyst too. Mid cycle bleeding is common with pcos so its hard to tell. How bad is ur cramp?

My temps are looking a lot smoother this month. I'm wondering if it could be the metformin already? I haven't changed anything else.

Could definitely be a slow rise Betty but hard to say until you have a few more temps for a clear picture. Hoping it was ovulation x

Thanks for looking ladies - cramps were bad enough to need painkillers earlier. Seem to have settled now but still got some bleeding (red). It has slowed down though.

Thanks. It is looking good, nice and stable. Only probably is my husband is probably away for work, leaving on the 18th, CD19. I usually ovulate CD 22-23. I think I'm out before I even begin

O'd on CD20, and my tracker is still telling me to test 12dpo. Wouldn't that be too early? I'm feeling really negative this cycle so I don't think its gonna happen.

12dpo is pretty reasonable tbf - a lot of people test on 10dpo x

Who was using Fitbit hr? I got one today for my bday n my resting hr is 88, does it mean anything? What's the pregnant heart rate?

Golden - you wouldn't be able to say someone is pregnant from one hr reading. Everyone's resting heart rate is different (I'm a nurse so see lots of different normals). You would have to have a baseline before you can notice a difference.

My resting HR before I get up is between 55-60 but once I get up and do it later it can be 85-105. Immediately after exercise it can go up to 150. X

Afm - Massive temp drop this morning. Lowest temp recorded this cycle. Hmph. Still got twinges in my pelvis and the top of my leg. Still got some red blood in cm this morning. Got some bd in yesterday just in case.
