Pcos

Well, my bloodwork came back from the GP today and it confirms I have PCOS. I was started on metformin tonight, and that will hopefully kickstart my cycles. (I'm on day 45 with no ) I'm glad my doctor listened to my concerns and did bloodwork!

Sorry to hear that. But many of the ladies on here have PCOS, including me, so you're in the right place to vent about it!

Hope your af shows soon! I too am on day 48 and no sign of af and yet BFN (don't think I ovulated this month so not a surprise).

Thanks...even though I'm relieved to have a definitive answer, I think I'm just a little down and lonely feeling while I sort through what it all means. I really hope the metformin works for me. FX for all of us to get our s!

Sorry to hear that, but hopefully now that you have a diagnosis you will be on your way to a BFP! I also have PCOS and I am on my first cycle of Clomid. You are definitely in good company, there are many of us on here that also have PCOS
