Pelvic floor excersises

Ive got lots of pre recorded on my sky box
pregnancy yoga
pregnancy lean and tone and so on .. Havent done any of them and I dont think theres no point now i have 10 days to go !!
Just going to carry on moving around on my ball :) x
 
i dunno my book just said to squeeeeeze so do it whenever someone reminds me then give up cos i feel stupid lol
 
A good time to do them is when peeing. I always do it when peeing :blush: You just stop and start.. Stop and start.. Stop and start.. :haha:

But i do do it throughout the day if its on my mind. Because i hate going to toilet at school, i hold it alot, and my pelvic floor muscles are quite strong from that. You'll be fine. Ohh, and walking in heels is supposed to help. You're not supposed to walk in heels now you're pregnant, but if you did it in the past :thumbup:
