Periods and bowel movements **TMI**

Theres another symptom that I have noticed today (came on yesterday afternoon) but does anyone get achey arse cheeks?

I know this sounds weird but its something I always seem to get when AF is here. Its like period pain in your bum cheeks!

Please tell me I'm not the only one that suffers from this?

i don't have achey bum cheeks..
but i do have poo issues when i've had my period!
just another reason for it to be even more "fun" to have your period. grr.
