Hi everyone

I kind of lost the group in the forum re-shuffle!

Haven't picked up my camera much recently as have been a mixture of busy and sick during first tri. Am hoping that I will be able to start getting some pictures taken now I'm starting to feel slightly more human again!

For some reason I can't seem to post pictures from my Flickr on here anymore since they changed it to the new format

Look, look! I've been out with my camera and taken some pictures!!!! It's been a long, long time coming.... since getting pregnant in June 2008 the only photos I've taken have been of Alyssa or when hired to shoot a wedding....

Sometimes. depends on the shot really. sometimes even the best of images needs tweaking, be it WB or levels or whatever.

I try to do the bare minimum when it comes to editing on my pictures. Not on every one of them just the odd one that I think could be improved slightly but it always as little as I can possibly do because I'd rather they didn't look too edited.

Anyone interested in a Lensbaby Muse (Plastic Optic) - Canon Fit?

I bought myself the composer and Hubby had ordered the Muse at the same time
I haven't used it at all coz I really clicked with the composer when I put it on. No point having it sitting around here, so offering the Muse in perfect condition, still in box, with all accessories in there, for £65 (posted in UK by special delivery.)

Hi ladies thought I had posted on this thread yesterday but its not showing up so can't of posted it. Anyway I was wondering if you could give me advise. I'm hoping to start a photography course in the new year and want to upgrade to a slr camera as my digital camera although is a good camera doesn't take brilliant shots when in unnatural light

Which one would you advise buying? What do you all use and are there good points/bad points to your camera? Budget wise would prefer to buy as cheap as possible but can spend up to £400ish at a push. x

sorry, ive only just seen this threat thus quite alot of posts for me to read thru!. but in answer to the original post, My photography started off as a hobby. I then did wedding photography (a pro showed me the ropes for a wee while), i was always real pleased with the end results, but found the process too stressful on my own (i guess its different if you have a partner to work with) and although i paid well i didnt continue, so ive gone back to it being a hobby again, and started to enjoy it again!

i sold my lens(same as yours) on ebay for a similar amount (as i was changing my kit over from Sony to Nikon), give ebay a go i say!
