I know what you mean about time running away with you each week...I think, 'well I've got a few days yet' and all of a sudden it's Saturday and I'm thinking right, get snapping!

I wondered about the ideas for each challenge - will go over for a look now!

I've got my assesment for my final term of 1st year college on thursday and i need to submit a lot of pictures. I am so pooh with photoshop i never edit anything really not sure i'm going to do so great this term. ARGH

I don't really want a full SLR model coz I can't be doing with all the lenses etc...plus they're SO expensive and I'm not THAT involved in photography. I like the fujifilm one because I already have an S5700 and the S100fs has a long zoom lens already on it.

If you don't want a DSLR I'd highly recommend the Fuji Finepix s8100fd

i know ya said you don't want an slr coz of the expense and the lens changes etc, but if you feel you will go into photography even more at some stage, it might be worth looking at some of the cheaper slr models coz they aren't that much more £££££ than what you're looking at there.... (sorry if i'm not making sense ) also, if you got your hands on a lens with a good range you wouldn't be wanting to swap anyways for a while
