I just had a play around on CS4 and this is what i came up with

OO I have found a tutorial on how to do curvy text so been playin with that!! tis fun if anyone wants the link?!

I really want to learn how to use photoshop more effectively not just for photographs but also for a few other things that I am thinking about having a go at. I am considering doing an evening class in it so I can really learn how to use it properly. I need to look into what my local college offers.

Really need to have a play around with stuff and see what happens. Thanks for the links to the digital scrapbooks they are just the kind of things I would want to use for the projects I have in mind. Now I just need to learn how to put those ideas into reality!

OOOOO hello!! do you wana add me on msn? or anyone for that matter to talk psp?!

Crap at explainin but will give it a go!

To do that image I open a new blank transparent image, took the 4 images I wanted and opened them in psp!

I roughly resized each image and played around with fittin them into the transparent image (ie copy, then paste as new selection) till I found roughly were I wanted them to be (TBH I didnt know what I wanted I just press shiney buttons!)

Once I knew were i wanted them, as in that pic, I resized to fit perfectly (take a bit playin round back and forth lol but worth it!) once the sizes were done, (your blank transparent image should still be blank, ie when copied and pasted, just click undo!)

I framed each image as described earlier, Ie a thin white border surouned by a thick black border, one done, I pasted them on to the transparent image then merged visable, (so all layers flattened as one)
One done I added a white thin border then a black thick border to the whole lot! then flattend all


for the writing I chose the font I wanted left it open on desktop, chose my watermark writing, then faded it slightly on the layer selection part (cant tell you what its called as psp is shut at mo and im writin this blind!)

then merged and exported as jpeg image!
