i would wait a week or two and ask or as others have said get a horseshoe.

ive had to keep all my tats hidden and removed all my piercing except my tongue and ear stretchers as working in a business bank i dont feel it professional as i customer face a lot.

Hey I have my septum pierced and im a body piercer if you have a horse shoe shaped ring you can flip it up into your nose and you cant see it at all problem solved!
