Pinched nerve in neck and 8 weeks pregnant

Hello everyone! I'm 8 weeks pregnant today and I've been dealing with a very painful pinched nerve in my neck for 5 days now. I've not been able to work because of the horrible headache I have. I'm dizzy to the point where I'm scared to drive myself anywhere. I've put off going to the doctor because the only way it went away before was muscle relaxers and I'm sure that's not safe. I also have morning sickness and constant fatigue so this is really messing with me. Any suggestions? I've been taking Tylenol and at night I take benedryl to actually sleep because it's so painful. Heating pads, cool packs, warm baths, massages, nothing is working.

Maybe try to go see a physiotherapist

I was given codeine by early pregnancy unit and told it was safe.
