Pinching in uterus

I've had a pinching feeling in my uterus all day on and off. It doesn't hurt but it does at the same time if that makes sense. Its really sharp. Is it just my uterus growing? I don't remember this with my first.

I've had the same thing on and off every day for a week, I think it's the uterus growing and the increased blood flow

I've had similar today got me worried, why do u always forget how previous pregnancies were before

I've also been having this, especially if I move too quickly! It comes and goes during the day.

I've been having this at 4 in the morning! Its keeping me awake! And then the sickness comes and i've got no hope of sleep xxx
